Technis goes agentic
With this release we're bringing integrating LLMs deeper into Technis, helping you put the data from your devices to work -- both inside Reports and within AI assistants you already use:
- Ask a question: Build any chart by simply asking a question about your data. Great for anybody on your team to build customized reports answering recurring questions.
- MCP server: Connect your Technis data with your AI assistant to run more detailed analysis on performance of your sites, improvement opportunities and decision making.
Refined sidebar and navigation
We've cleaned up the navigation sidebar for quicker access to your most important reports: you can now pin any report to your sidebar.
To pin a report, click 📌 next to the report's title in the Reports list or report page itself. From the report page you can also pick an icon for each report.
With the new organization, Scheduled exports have moved to All reports > Exports.
New mobile app
The new Technis mobile app for iOS and Android is now live. Use it to:
- Monitor live and historical data for any site, from anywhere.
- Get push notifications when alerts trigger.
- Check device health, re-link devices to zones, or set up Intechfloor smart counting mats on-site.

Other improvements
- Reports: define groups of sites to simplify cross-site analysis.
- Reports: you can add multiple metrics to a pie chart.
- Sites: new optional metadata fields have been added to help you better track of your portfolio.
- Sites: add special opening hours for your sites. These hours will be used only on specific dates, instead of each day as regular opening hours.
Bug fixes
- Reports: improved performance when scrolling on large reports.
- Exports: wait for all table rows to load before finishing the export, matching what's visible on the screen.
- Devices: number of devices linked to a passage would always show 0 instead of the correct value.
- Users: when inviting a manager, you can now select the sites they should have access to.
