# Display report on a TV

With reports you can share live data and insights across your organization, or with your users, regardless if they have a Technis login or not.

When sharing a report, only the report itself is display, without any additional controls, making it perfect for display on a TV or a kiosk.

### How to share a report

To display a report on TV or any other screen:

1. Open the custom report you want to share
2. Click **Share \> Share for screen**
3. Choose who can access the link: 
     1. **Members only**: to access the link, users will need a Technis account. Pick this for sensitive data.
     2. **Public**: anybody with the link can access the report
4. Copy the link or type it on another device

Once displayed on a TV, the data and the layout of the report update automatically every minute.
