Technis platform is available in two data region, the European Union (EU) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Both data regions offer the same set of functionalities but ensure that no sensitive data is transferred outside of the specified region. Due to this, user accounts between regions are not shared.
How to access the KSA environment
Mobile app
When logging in, at the bottom of the screen select the sa.technis.com as the environment.
If you are currently logged in, you will have to logout first to switch the region.
Web
Access the login page on sa.technis.com. Alternatively, ensure the correct environment is selected on the login page
API
The Technis API is available with api.sa.technis.com as the base domain. The documentation is available at apidocs.technis.com.
For sites migrated from EU environment, their IDs have been kept.
You will have to regenerate an API token.
