Roles and permissions

Technis uses roles to manage what each user can access and do within the platform. There are three roles available: Organization administrator, Manager and Member. Each role comes with specific permissions designed to match common responsibilities across teams.

Roles

Organization administrator

Admins have full access to the organization's users and resources. This role is best suited for team leads, anyone else overseeing the setup and monitoring.

Administrators have data of all sites of an organization.

Manager

Managers have full access to assigned sites. They can invite members, create reports and update settings of sites they mange. This role is best for regional managers.

Managers can access only data of sites they have been given access to.

Member

Members can view and interact with data from sites they have access to, however they cannot manage other users. This role is best suited for team members who need limited access and are using Technis as a tool for they day-to-day work.
